Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was top-notch, with a variety of delicious options to start the day on the right foot. Another highlight was the comfort of the beds and the hotel's location proved to be very convenient, with easy access to nearby stores and the subway, making it a breeze to get around.

It is a very cozy hotel. It is in need of some maintenance, but every member of the staff I met was spectacularly kind and if I every go back to Chile I will surely stay at this hotel. From housekeeping to concierge, front desk personnel. Breakfast I was not fan, but I am Mexican and I am used to an extremely variety of choices for breakfast. Food quality was good.

Staff was helpful. Their English was good enough Breakfast was good. Piano singer at the restaurant was special. Room was comfortable and had a TV channel with Movies in English Location was what we wanted: near lots of restaurants and shopping and only a 10 minute walk to the massive mall.
